At Fangamer Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, inserts, and bonus items are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse in the Netherlands; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
